The Shanghai Trophy kicked off the 2024-25 ISU competition season with a senior-level synchro event featuring teams from Finland, Germany, Hungary, and Poland on October 4 and 5.

The Helsinki Rockettes claimed gold with a total score of 208.71, despite a fall during their Free Skate, which showcased high-energy performances. Team Berlin 1 secured silver (176.02), performing consistently well without falls. Team Passion bounced back from a disappointing Short Program to take bronze (154.25) with a resilient Free Skate. Team Ice Fire Senior finished fourth (150.07) but had a cheerful presentation despite facing some setbacks.

All teams participated in a closing gala after the competition, celebrating the event's vibrant atmosphere.
