U.S. Figure Skating announced the international assignments yesterday for the synchronized skating teams representing the USA in the 2024-25 season. Fourteen teams will participate in eight international competitions, including four Challenger Series events. These events allow teams to earn World Standing Points and prepare for the ISU Championships. Senior teams include the Haydenettes, Skyliners and Miami University. Four Junior teams, the Lexettes, Skyliners junior, Team Image and Teams Elite will compete 2 events in the challenger series while Fond du Lac Blades and Northernettes will compete in one challenger series event. Senior Elite 12 teams are Hayden Select and Teams Elite 12.

Notably, the U.S. will host one of the international competitions, International Classic in Norwood, Massachusetts, featuring top senior and junior teams around the world. This marks the first time since 2019 that the U.S. has hosted a Challenger Series event.
